Tilda's Town Challenge #16 - Back To School

You're right! It's time for a new challenge over at Tilda's Town!!

The theme this week is Back To School..

I tried to make a CAS card for today.. This really isn't my thing.. :)

Here's the card..

I masked two gorgeous Magnolia images.. Tilda With Pencils and School Desk.. Both stamps are from the So heavenly, Travel and School Collection 2008..

The papers are from Magnolia and BoBunny.. The textured ones are from Papermania..

The border in the back is made with a Martha Stewart Edge Punch called Hydrangeas..

All the paper edges are sewn and distressed with Walnut Stain Distress Ink..

The letters are made with a Tim Holtz Alterations die - Vintage Market..

The image is stamped with StazOn Ink on 300g aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks..

Tilda's Town Challenge #12 - Make It Vintage

It's Friday and this means that it's time for a new challenge over at Tilda's Town..

This week's theme is Make It Vintage..

I love vintage!!!

Here's my DT card..

I used Tilda On The Loose from the Magnolia Bon Voyage Collection 2010..

The tag on the left is a Magnolia Doohickey.. 

I stamped two images on the tag:  Whimsy Stamps - Vintage Travel Postage Stamps & My Cute Stamps - Paris

The little Ornate chipboard Corner  is from Make it' Crafty..

The Vintage Postcard stamp in the background is also from Whimsy Stamps..

I used once again the Old Swedish Lace Doohickey.. I just can't stop using this die.. :)

I used some Kaisercraft brown half-pearls..

The little flowers are made with a Die-Namics die called Mini Rolled Roses..

I used the Old Book paper for those and I really love them..

The cord and lace used on this card are from a local store.. The lace was white but I didn't like it so I coloured it with a little bit of Walnut Stain Distress Ink mixed with water..

The gorgeous brown flower is from Petaloo - Mulberry Street..

The image is stamped on 300g aquarel Montval Canson paper and coloured with Distress Inks.. 

All the papers are distressed with Walnut Stain Distress Ink and sewn..
