Craft Heaven Shop Inspirational Blog - Charms

Hello guys!
Nevertheless I'm here..
Posting a bit of inspiration for the Craft Heaven Shop Inspirational Blog..

Here's my take on this week's Charms theme..

I have chosen Bohemian Peony Tilda for this post..
She's one of my favourites from the latest Magnolia Boho Collection 2015..

The gorgeous papers are from Pion Design this time..
You can get so many different patterns from just 2 double-sided sheets that it looks like you've used a whole paper pad..
These are great to use with layouts too..
There are a lot of hearts on this card and I knew that the stunning Romantic Key charm will fit perfectly..
The flower die-cut is from the Doohickey Club Magazine..

These beautiful tags are from Magnolia..
And as you can see I used a doily, lots of cheesecloth, some half-pearls, a feather and some gesso..

I played with a Memory Box stencil and added lots of hearts on the card..

Here you can see some more amazing WOC flowers I used and the beautiful lace Fleur..

The image is stamped with Archival Ink on 300g Langton aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks..
I use the ink pads and reinkers..
The dots on her cheeks and eyes were made with a bit of white acrylic paint..

Hope you can see all the sparkle around there..
I've used the stencil around the image too..
With some Texture Paste and Martha Stewart Glitter..
The small dots are made with Liquid Pearls..
The sparkle on her band are Stickles..
And the Peony's got clear Crackle Paint on..

Hope you have the time to leave me a comment and let me know what you think..
It would warm my heart..

I'm entering this card into the following challenges:

2. Magnolia Forever - Challenge #18 - Rhinestones and Glitter

Live & Love Crafts - Challenge #20 - Love N' Lace

Hi everyone!
Time for a new challenge over at Live & Love Crafts..

For this month's challenge we have a more traditional theme...perfect for Valentine's... it's Love!
But there's a little twist to it...
One of the most beloved embellishments by vintage crafters is Lace, so we'd like to see some of that as well on your creation!

Here's some Love N' Lace inspiration from the me:

For this card I've used Tilda Spreads Love from the Magnolia You Are So Special Collection 2011..
One thing I've noticed is how grown up she looks.. Doesn't she?
The card's shape was made using a GoKreate die..

The papers are from the Maja Design Vintage Autumn Basics Collection..
I love layers and I've added a doily on the upper half of the card..
There are pearls all over the place and some Shaby White Frantage around the image..

The Bloomy Tags are a Magnolia Doohickey..
I've added some Gesso and Shabby Seam Binding on them..
The gorgeous clay heart is one of my fave embellishments..

These gorgeous flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts, I Am Roses and some were a part of a prize I won some time ago..
Here you can also see the Bark Heart with some cheesecloth on..
A small part of a Marianne Design die can be spotted here also..

And finally a better pic of the gorgeous laces I've used for this one..
The frame was made using a mold bought on Etsy and some Fimo Air..
All the paper edges are distressed and machine sewn..

The image is stamped with Archival Ink on 300g Langton aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks..
HERE's a video if you wanna see how I do that..
I use both the ink pads and the reinkers..
The list of colours for this one:

Cheeks: Tattered Rose

Live & Love Crafts - Season of Choice

Hi everyone!
This week's theme at LLC is ''season of choice'' and my choice is Spring..
This is the time for lots of Birthdays in my family..
My niece is the first.. She's soon turning 3 and I've decided to make her a gift bag..
I won't give her this one cos' I've realized it's too small but I'm gonna make something pretty similar..

When  I hear the word Spring I always think about flowers and butterflies..
That's why I chose to use the Sofiero papers from Maja Design..
I love the whole collection but the ones with flower patterns are my favourites..
I've also used one of the strips cos' those crowns were a perfect match for my image..

Here's a Prima Shabby Chic Corner piece.. Painted with white acrylic paint and then completely covered with gesso to match the other embellies..
The border die is a Magnolia Doohickey called Scalloped Dotted Lace..
The tags are a Doohickey too..

There's another crown here.. This amazing charm.. I have to get more..
I've also used my beloved Shabby Seam Binding and there's a piece of Cheesecloth under the flowers too..
I just had to apply some Chunky White Frantage all around the image..
I've used one of my Spellbinders Opulent Ovals to cut out the image and then there's the Classic Oval under that and the  Floral Oval under both...

Some more WOC flowers and the gorgeous Lace ''Reinette'' and some brand new Shabby Pearl Rose Organza Trim.. Fantastic, isn't it?
I've applied some gesso over the image and I really like the effect it gives.. A nice detail..
I've added some pearls  and Crackle paint here and there to finish the look..

The Fimo butterflies are gorgeous, right?
The molds are from Martha Stewart..
The paper edges are as usual distressed using a Tim Holtz tool and then inked with Walnut Stain..
They are machine sewn too..

This is Little Cute Tilda from the Once Upon A Time Collection 2013..
She's stamped with Archival Ink on 300g Langton aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks..
I use both the ink pads and reinkers..
List of colours:
Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose
Cheeks: Tattered Rose
Hair: Antique Linen, Walnut Stain, Black Soot
Dress: Victorian Velvet, Pumice Stone, Black Soot
Crown: Scattered Straw, Wild Honey, Pumice Stone, Black Soot
Background: Weathered Wood, Pumice Stone

Here's another pic of the whole mini bag..
I really hope you like it..
