Tilda's Town Challenge #50 - May Day and Flowers

I'm a little late with this post but I hope this will work as a reminder..

We have a brand new challenge for you at Tilda's Town..

The theme is May Day and Flowers..

This is my card:

The papers are from the new Maja Design collection Vintage Spring Basics..

I've also used a brand new Magnolia stamp.. Princess Tilda With Curl from the Once Upon A Time Collection 2013.. The butterflies and sentiment are from this collection too.. That's the Butterfly Kit..

I love the Tilda Ticket Doohickey.. And the Old Swedish Lace is one of the dies I use the most..

Once again I used my Spellbinders ovals and scalloped ovals..

The QuicKutz Photo Corner is one of my favourites.. 

There are lots of layers on this card too.. You know I loooove layers..

This gorgeous lace is from Kort & Godt.. 

All the flowers on this card are from Wild Orchid Crafts..

The pearls are also from Wild Orchid Crafts..

I've added some cheesecloth under there too..

All the paper edges are distressed with Walnut Stain Distress Ink and machine sewn..

The image is stamped with Archival Ink on 300g Langton aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks..

I use my Inkssential White Opaque pen to draw the tiny dots on her cheeks..

Inky Chicks - Challenge #2

Hello there!!

I'm super excited today..

I've been asked to make something as a Guest Designer for the Inky Chicks..

And of course I said.. YES!!!

Here's my card for today's challenge..

The theme is Happy Birthday Girl..

I posted a little sneak peek of this card on my Facebook Page yesterday..

Since I love masking I tried to make something more complicated this time..

I've masked three stamps:

Log - Halloween & Autumn Collection 2008..

These amazing DP's are from Maja Design - Vintage Spring Basics..
I've also used some kraft paper and Papermania textured papers..

There are lots of different flowers on this card..
The bigger ones are from Prima Marketing.. The rest is from Wild Orchid Crafts..
The image's cut out with Spellbinders Circles and Scalloped Circles..

The border on the left was made using a Magnolia Doohickey - Edwin Lace..
The Photo Corner is from QuicKutz..
The pearls are from KaiserCraft..

All the paper edges are distressed and machine sewn..
The lace is from my stash..
I just had to use a doily and some cheesecloth again..

The postmark stamp is from Kort & Godt..
The image is stamped with Archival Ink on 300g Langton aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks..

I think it's Lori's sketch.. I love it!!

Tilda's Town Challenge #48 - Flowers Everywhere!

Hey!

I haven't posted anything for a while but today it's time for a new Tilda's Town Challenge..

This week's theme is Flowers Everywhere!!

This is Tilda With Corkscrews from the latest Magnolia Collection - Once Upon A Time..

Not really satisfied with how she looks but it will do.. I have to learn how to make those creases look more real.. Shoud I attend some kind of colouring class or do you have any tips for me?

I've used my GoKreate dies for the card's shape.. 

There's a gorgeous doily under there and some cheesecloth under the image too.. 

I love layers.. Lots of layers.. 

You can see that there are several Doohickey's on this card too..

I've used Spellbinders Ovals and Scalloped Ovals to cut out the image..

The papers are from Maja Design - Vintage Spring Collection and Pion Design - Alma's Sewing Room (The Butterfly is from a Pion sheet too - I've added some Stickles and Glossy Accents on it)..

The Filigree Corner is a La-La Land die..

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts..

The pearls are the Magnolia Knick Kackery's..

Both laces and the pearls string are from my stash - bougt at a local store..

I've used some Stempelglede stamps for the details around the image and two new Magnolia stamps from the Butterfly Kit.. You can't actually see the butterfly because it's on the tag and I forgot to take a picture of that.. 

The image is stamped with Archival Ink on 300g Langton aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks..

The dots around her are made with Liquid Pearls..

I've used the sketch at MDUC to make this card..

The lace is from my stash..

The Happy Birthday sentiment is from the Cozy Family Autumn Collection 2010

The Spellbinders Floral Ovals are one of my favourites.. I use them A LOT.. :)

The textured papers are from Papermania..

The Feathers are one of the newest Doohickey's..

I thought the were exactly the same as the ones in her hair..

The vintage seam binding is from Live & Love Crafts..
