Midweek Magnolias - Week #39

There's a new challenge over at Midweek Magnolias..

This week's theme is Starlight, Star Bright..

We want to see lots of lovely Christmassy stars on your creations this week..

Here's my card:

This is Tilda as Lucia.. Some stores call her Star Tilda..

She's from the Merry Little Christmas Collection 2010..

I hope you don't hate me for making so many shaker cards lately but I just can't stop..

These gorgeous DP's are from Magnolia.. The textured papers are from Papermania..

The star on the right is made with a Magnolia Doohickey.. I stamped it with the Christmas Background stamp.. The half-pearls are from Rayher..

I bought the 'Made With Love' charm on Ebay.. The lace is from my stash..

The border on the left is made with a Doohickey called Romantic Lace..

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.. The stems from a local store..

The snowflakes around Tilda are from the Christmas Story Collection - Jingle Jangle Snowflake..

I have a little obsession for doilies too lately.. :)

I used my Spellbinders Ovals for the shaker..

The acetate is from my stash and the glitter is from Martha Stewart.. I embossed the acetate with the Polka Dots Cuttlebug embossing folder..

The dots on the frame are Liquid Pearls..

The image is stamped with StazOn Ink on 300g Montval Canson aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks..

All the papers are distressed and sewn with a sewing machine..

Tilda's Town Challenge #28 - Anything Goes

Here's my card for the new challenge at Tilda's Town..

This week's theme is Anything Goes..

That's fantastic, isn't it?

I used Sleeping Baby Tilda from the Magnolia Cozy Family Autumn Collection..

The papers are from Magnolia and Papermania..

There are three Tilda Tickets one the card and I also used another Doohickey for the border on the photo below.. That's the Tilda Lace Die..

All the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts..

The pearls are from Rayher..

All the paper edges are distressed with Walnut Stain Distress Ink and sewn..

There's some cheesecloth under the image and a gorgeous doily..

I used my Spellbinders ovals to make the shaker part..

Liquid Pearls to decorate the border and tickets..

The image is stamped with Timber Brown StazOn Ink on 300g Montval Canson aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks..

I used Liquid pearls around the image too and Stickles for some parts of her dress and wings, but you have to put your nose really close to see them..

This is my card with Koala Hug Tilda.. 

She is sooooo cute..

The DP's are from DCWV - The Old World Mat Stack and the Papermania Capsule Collection Verde Paper Pack..

The butterfly is a Magnolia Doohickey.. 

The leaf on the right is also a Doohickey..

The rhinestones are from K&Company..

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts..

All the paper edges are distressed with Distress Ink and sew..

The image is stamped with StazOn Ink on aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks..

The border around the image is made with the Kurbitz Corner stamp from the Magnolia Princes & Princesses Collection 2012..

The sentiment is from the You're So Special Collection 2011..

I love Magnolia's Santa and I decided it was time to use this stamp I purchased a loooong time ago..

I used two Doohickey's..
Edwin Lace for the border and the Scalloped Tag..
The lace is from a local store..

All the paper edges are distressed with Walnut Stain Distress Ink and sewn..
I added some Rayher pearls in the corners..

There's a Marianne Design snowflake under the post mark..

These gorgeous blue papers are also from Magnolia..

The 2 snowflakes are made with the new Tim Holtz Mini Snowflake Rosette Die..
I love it!!!

The image is stamped with StazOn Ink on 300g aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks..

The tree is made with a Memory Box die called Flowering Christmas Tree..
The textured paper I use for my die-cuts is from Papermania..

I added some Frosted Lace Stickles on her dress and Liquid Pearls around her..
All the paper edges are distressed and sewn..

Here's my card for the new challenge at Tilda's Town..

This week's theme is Thanksgiving..

It was really hard for me to make this card since this may be the last card I make as a Tilda's Town Challenge DT member..

Hopefully they'll e-mail me and say that they want me to continue this fantastic journey with them..

We'll see..

I'm not satisfied at all with this card because whenever I try to make something simple it turns out horrible..

This really isn't my thing..
