All About Magnolia Challenge #3 - Lace & Pearls ♥

Hey guys!
A new challenge has started at All About Magnolia..
This month's theme is Lace & Pearls..
Two things I could never live without..

Here's my creation:

I've used my gorgeous Sitting Windy Tilda from the Sakura Collection 2015..
The Flower Cloud she's sitting on is from the With Love Collection 2013..
The Postmark and Crowns surrounding the image are also from Magnolia..

I've chosen some gorgeous Pion Design papers for this card..
These are from the Flower Frames Collection..
I just love them..
The tags are from the Doohickey Club Magazine vol.5..
The lace is from my stash..

All the flowers used for this project are from WOC and Kort&Godt..
Did you see the gorgeous crown charm?? So sparkly..

The Especially For You sentiment (also from Magnolia) is heat embossed on a piece of acetate that I've had in my drawer for like an eternity.. I knew I shouldn't toss it away.. LOL!
I used my Versamark pad and an embossing powder I don't know the name of for that..
The doily is there..
And tons of pearls all over the place..

The image is colored with Distress Inks as usual..
The white dots around her are made with Chunky White Frantage..
I used some Stickles on the flowers..

Sparkle, sparkle.. :)
There's some gesso on all the flowers and parts of the card to add that shabby feel to it..
And a bit of cheesecloth here and there to fill the gaps..
All the paper edges are distressed and machine sewn..

That's all for today my lovely followers..
You can find the links to the products I used at the end of this post..
And don't forget that you can buy this and many other creations and supplies at Craft Heaven Shop..

Hugs, Tina

Tilda's Town Challenge #138 - It's About Love..

Hello my dear followers!

I promised that I will be posting more often and here I am with a new creation..
This time for Tilda's Town..
This week's theme is It's About Love..

So.. This is my creation..

I think that at some point we all had a diary where we used to write all our thoughts, problems, love matters etc.
I know I was the most 'productive' when I was in loooovee.. LOL!
With that in mind I made a notebook/diary where you can put all your love thoughts.. Or not..

All these gorgeous papers are from Maja Design..
I don't know which collections they are from cos' I've used all the bottom stripes and have no clue what their names are..
There's a beautiful Heart Doily up there and I've tucked those birdies under the image..
These are from the Doohickey Club Magazine Vol.3..
I didn't glue them down because they are meant to be used as a bookmark..
You can simply pull them out and put them back there when you don't need them..

I made all the corners with my molds and some Fimo..
There's another doily down here..
And some Frantage, pearls, Gesso, lace..
I've used some Vintage Seam Binding for the closing..
The border was made with a Magnolia Doohickey die called Sweet Lovely Lace..

Here are some gorgeous pins, sprays and flowers from my stash..
With a bit of cheesecloth under them and a touch of Gesso on them..

Some more flowers and a tiny butterfly sitting on them..
The postmarks are from Kort & Godt..
And as you can see all the paper edges are distressed and machine sewn..

The image is stamped with Archival Ink on 300g Langton aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks..
The white dots around her are made with Frantage..
I've added two rhinestones in the corners..

Hope you can see all the sparkle on the flowers and on her bandana..

A look from the side..

And here you can see the birdies in all their beauty..
Cute, right?

I know this post is picture heavy but I really hope you enjoyed it..
I can't wait to see what you create for this week's challenge..
I'm sure it's gonna be amazing..

Magnolia Forever - Challenge #2 - Blue

Great news folks!

I'm here today to show you my very first creation as a DT member for the Magnolia Forever Challenge Blog..
Ain't that fantastic?
I'm so happy!
Thank you ladies for your warm welcome!!!

Our theme for this challenge is Blue..

Here's a gift box with It's Cold Outside Tilda..
Isn't she pretty?

I still haven't been able to colour all the gorgeous stamps from the Waiting For Christmas Collection 2014 and the new ones are already waiting on my desk..
Oh my.. I wanna colour, colour, colour..

All the papers are from Maja Design's Vintage Frost Basics Collection..
These are just gorgeous, don't you think?

I made the box out of some white textured paper and some thicker kraft paper and then decorated it..
I've never made 2 boxes of the same size.. I just start cutting here and there regardless dimensions..
This one is a bit smaller but you can still fill it with lots of useful things..

All the dies used on this one are from the Doohickey Club Magazine Volume 2.
Here's the pretty snowflake and the snowflake border under that..
There are some pearls, a doily, some cheesecloth and some splashes of gesso here and there..
All the paper edges are distressed with Walnut Stain Distress Ink and machine sewn..

And what about this gorgeous flower??
A fun thing to make.. And sooo simple..
I made it a while ago for the Magazine but since the tutorial wasn't published I might publish it on here, huh? We'll see..
The white thing on there is DecoArt's Snow-Tex.. A great medium for wintery projects..

As always I forgot to take pics of the inside..
And while taking this one, I haven't noticed that the charm turned around..
It's actually covered with some gesso on the other side.. LOL!
There's the Vintage Seam Binding and the intricate border made with a Martha Stewart punch..

The image is stamped with Archival Ink on 300g Langton aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks..
I use both, the ink pads and reinkers..
There's a bit of Glossy Accents on the berries, buttons and hearts on the boots..
The postmarks are from Kort & Godt..
The dots around the image are made with some Chunky White Frantage and I have used my Liquid Applique on the snowflakes..

So.. What do you think?
I'd love to hear your thoughts..
And of course we all wanna see your gorgeous makes..
So join in the fun!

Tilda In Cozy Coat

Hi everyone!
I'm back.. With a new card..

My father needed a Christmas card and I had NONE..
Seriously..
I was in such a hurry that I forgot a thousand things..

I forgot to finish everything with Gesso.. I can't believe it.. I only realized it while editing the pics..
And a pearl fell off..
Wanna talk about the colouring?
I forgot to finish the shading around her..

Shame on me.. LOL!
Well.. There's nothing I can do now.. He mailed it out earlier today..

Enough with the babbling..
Here are all the details..

This gorgeous papers are from Magnolia.. I've been neglecting them lately but I'm starting tu pull them out of the drawers..
And I've decided to use some dies from the Doohickey Kit vol.2 too..
Can you spot them?

One of the Slender Firs is there too..
And I've used my GoKreate dies for the card's shape and my Spellbinders dies for the image..
At least I did not forget to distress and sew the edges..
There's a doily under there and a square piece of corrugated cardboard that I painted with some Picket Fence Crackle Paint..

Some pearls here and there..
A snowflake charm..
And some beautiful lace..

Tons of flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts, Kort & Godt and Magnolia.. Of course..
And some berries, leaves and a bit of cheesecloth..
The snowflake die from the kit is pretty much all hidden under all that stuff..

This cutie from the Waiting For Christmas Collection 2014 is called Tilda In Cozy Coat..
The dots around her are made with Chunky White Frantage and the snowflakes are covered with Stardust Stickles..
I added a touch of Glossy Accents to the buttons on her coat..
She's coloured with Distress Inks..
Just a few colours really..
But I've added a bit of Aged Mahogany to the cheeks this time, and you know what?
I really like it!!

I would love to hear what you guys think..
Leave me a comment if you can..

And there's one more thing I have to say:
Merry Christmas to you all!!!

Hugs, Tina
