Confirmation card..

Hello lovelies!

It's been a while since I last posted something on here but things are starting to settle down a bit and I'm confident that I will be back on track soon..

Today I wanted to share with you all a card that I made for a colleague.. It's a Confimation card with a stamp that I haven't used in 8 years.. Can you believe it? LOL!

I'm talking about Tilda with a Little Dove.. Isn't she the cutest thing ever?

I used a GoKreate die for the card's base and all the papers are from Maja Design's latest collection called Miles Apart..
I also used some Bazzil Kraft cardstock and a bit of thick vellum..

The list of other dies I used is quite long..
Spellbinders Standard Circles Large (to cut out the image)
Polkadoodles Fanciful Circles (kraft cardstock under the image)
Spellbinders Floral Assortment (the square ornated frame behind the image)
Spellbinders Fancy Edged Circles (inside of the card)
Magnolia Bloomy Tag (the tag with the Vintage Seam Binding tied on)
Magnolia Angel Wing (no explanation needed)
Magnolia Mini Doily (on the back)

I'm really sorry I didn't take any pics of the inside and back of the card but I was in a hurry..
Next time I will.. I promise..

The image is coloured with Distress Inks and sealed with a thin coat of Distress Micro Glaze to preserve it and prevent from fading..
I made some dots around Tilda with White Opal Liquid Pearls and in the end I added some Stardust Stickles on her wings.. I wish I could show you all that sparkle but I did that after these pictures were already taken..
All the flowers are from WOC and there are some hints of Gesso here and there to make it a bit more shabby..
There's some cheesecloth under the flowers as well for some extra texture..
Then there's my favorite paper doily and lots and lots of pearls..
All the paper edges are distressed and sewn..
The white butterflies were made with an old Martha Stewart mould and some Fimo Air Light..

I'm really glad you took the time to stop by..
I'm a bit rusty but I hope you enjoyed your stay!

I wish you a wonderful day!!
xoxo Tina

Tulip Love Tilda..

Good morning to you all!

It's time to share another make, don't you think?
Those of you who are following me on my Facebook page have already seen some 'work in progress' pics of this, but now I'm finaly ready to share the final result with you..

I started colouring this adorable Tilda quite some time ago and this card was my project for the 3rd TOMIC Challenge, but since I was a bit behind, I decided to postpone this post a bit further and use my card as a reminder for the current challenge..
So if you haven't joined us yet, I sincerely hope this post inspires you to do so..
The theme for this month's challenge is Mayflowers..
That's a good one, right?

Enough with the blabbering..
Here's my card..

I am a big fan of cutting dies.. You know that..
And as most of the times I picked a GoKreate set for the card's base..
But let me tell you..
I have a serious addiction to CreaLies dies as well..
They are really growing on me and as you can see I've used them again..
This time I had a play with the Squares with Cross Stitches.. That's what I used to cut the image out..
I keep repeating myself but you get so many sizes in each set, and the price point is awesome!!
I love, love, love them and I will be getting more soon..
I simply need them all! LOL!
Well.. Maybe not all but my wishlist is getting longer and longer..
Check them out HERE.. They are absolutely fantastic!

Here she is.. Tulip Love Tilda from the Hugs & Kisses Collection 2019..
Stamped with Archival Ink and coloured with Distress Inks as usual..
If you're interested in the list of colours just let me know..
The sentiment on her right is from that same collection..

Another detail I'm loving to death is that Round Cabochon on the left..
I cut that beautiful rose out of the paper I used on the back of the card, placed it inside the cabochon and topped it with lots of Glossy Accents..

I'm sure you recognized the paper collection..
Yep.. One of Maja Design's most amazing products..
The Sofiero line..
When it comes to kraft paper, my go to paper is the Bazzil Classic - 12x12 - Kraft..

Let's talk some more about dies..
Lots of Magnolia Doohickeys on here..
The Sakura Background is peeking out on the top and bottom of the card and I placed some wonderful flower sequins on the flowers to add more sparkle..
The Tilda Tickets on the top right corner..
And that tiny tag hanging from the flowers.. The heart on it is from the Heart Band Aid set..
The flowers are from WOC if you were wondering..

There's a doily inside..
The heart dies are from Marianne Design..
This set is called Craftables - Basic Shapes - Hearts..

On the back of the card you can see that I used the Spellbinders Standard Circles Large and a die from the Triple Tear set..
Another doily, and some more half-pearls..

Check out that cabochon once again..
I really, really love it!

The image has a light coat of Distress Micro Glaze on, because I always protect my images with that..
The highlights are made with a Ranger White Opaque Pen and I also used a Wink of Stella Glitter Brush on the Tulip..

Gesso, lace and cheesecloth add that extra shabby feel to the whole thing..

So this is what I have for you today..
Now go create something and join in the fun!

Thanks for stopping by!
Love ya!
xoxo Tina

This card is also a DT project for the new Magnolia Forever challenge that starts today..
The theme is Snow and Snowflakes..

Let's take a look at all the details here..

This is Tilda With Apple Wreath from the Waiting For Christmas Collection 2014..
I coloured her with Distress Inks..
The sentiment stamps are from Magnolia and Kort & Godt..
I've decided to use lots of my Spellbinders dies this time..
And a lot of them haven't been used for ages.. What a shame..
The card's base was made with a die from the Magnolia Vintage Box Vol.1..

The snowflakes are, one from Magnolia, the other one is a Joy!Crafts die I think..
You can find these amazing WOC flowers in my store as well as the Frosted Pomegranates, Bead Berry Spray Clusters, the new White Resin Roses..
And that's not all..

We have a variety of splendid charms like this Little Key one..
The very popular Decorative Foam Bouquets are there..
The Vintage Seam Binding..
A new entry is also the stunning Lace Juliane..
And two older but still gorgeous Magnolia dies.. The Scalloped Tag and the Bloomy Tag..

This Bark Heart is one of my fave embellies..
I used some Gesso all over the place as you can see..
The papers I used for this project are all from the latest Maja Design Collection Home for the Holidays.. Just beautiful..

Hope you can see all the sparkly details on here..
Frantage around the image, Stickles on the ribbon, Glossy Accents on the Apples and a White Opaque Pen used to do the highlights..

Well..
I hope you enjoyed this post..
You can find all the links to the products used at the end of this post..

I'm entering this card into the following challenges:

Have a wonderful evening everyone!!!

Tilda's Town Challenge #140 - Freezin' Season...

Hey guys!
I know that I'm late with this post but the flu got me..
It's that time of the year.. I know..
But I usually don't get these nasty things..
I have enough health problems all year long.. LOL!

Well.. Hope this post works as a reminder for the new Tilda's Town Challenge..
The theme is Freezin' Season..
And that's how I look like these days..
I spend my days in my favourite onesie..
We don't have any snow here but it's pretty cold outside..
I checked the temperature on the balcony.. LOL!

I made a mini greeting card with one of my favourite images from the Waiting For Christmas Collection 2014..
She's called Little Cute Tilda..

I've used my Magnolia Vintage Squares for the card's base..
The papers are from Maja Design..
Here you can also see my beloved Tilda Tag with some Vintage Seam Binding on..

I thought the base paper was pretty plain so I've decided to use a Memory Box stencil and some texture paste and decorate it a bit.. I really love the final result..
All the flowers on this card are from WOC..

Here you can see a bit of the Old Swedish Lace die peeking out.. And my gorgeous lace Estelle..
I've added some cheesecloth under the flowers to fill in the gaps..

And how cute is this button??
I looove it..
I've added some Gesso here and there.. As always..
And some pearls..
Of course.. All the paper edges are distressed and machine sewn..

Here she is in all her beauty..
Cut out with my Spellbinders Ovals..

I've coloured her with Distress Inks..
Added some Stickles on some parts of the dress..
And all that stuff around her is Shabby White Frantage, self-adhesive half pearls and some Liquid Pearls..

Hope you enjoyed your stay.. LOL!

I'm entering this card into the following challenge:

Live & Love Crafts DT - Lilies

Hi everyone!
This is the last creation for this week's LLC theme Lilies..

Here's my wedding card..
And to show you as much LLC goodies as possible I made a book card..
I really love these but it takes so much time to make them..

The papers are from Reprint and Pion Design's A Day In May Collection..
All the paper edges are distressed and machine sewn..
I've used some WOC and Kort & Godt flowers..
There's some cheesecloth under those..

Here are the gorgeous pins Sandy stocks and the fantastic Lace "Reinette"..
I've also used two key charms.. One on the front and one on the inside..
I've used my Spellbinders Ovals to cut out the image and the Floral Ovals under that..

There's the Prima Marveille Frame inside and one of the Prima Heart Corners on the front..
They are completely covered with white acrylic paint and Gesso..
The card closes with some Shabby Seam Binding and I sprayed the beautiful Shabby Rose Organza Trim with some Tattered Rose Distress Ink to match the papers..

The image is stamped with Archival Ink on 300g Langton aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks..
I've added some Stickles on the flowers, butterflies and a part of her dress and some Liquid Pearls around the image..
The postmark stamp is from Kort & Godt..
If you have some more questions feel free to ask!

Hope you enjoyed your weekend..
Thanks for stopping by!
Hugs, Tina
