London Tilda

Hi everyone!
I'm here today with another PINK creation for this week..

This whole week the LLC DT Members have been creating in pink and pink is also the theme for this month's blog challenge..

I couldn't resist.. I just had to use these amazing Maja Design papers from the Vintage Autumn Basics Collection..

They are gorgeous!!!

And how could I not use a Magnolia image..

This is London Tilda from the Little London Collection 2013..

Not sure you can see it properly but the tag is made out of kraft paper and then covered with some Shabby White Frantage..

I used it all around the image too..

The shabby seam binding is of course available in Sandy's store and so are the clay hearts.. Love them..

This is a Marianne Design die..

Of course I've used some GoKreate dies for the card's shape.. Again..

I just get bored when I make a square card lately.. LOL!

Those flower sprays are always a great addition..

All the flowers and berries are covered with Crackle Paint..

The pearl lace with beads and crispy ribbon are an awesome detail..

I always distress the edges with a TH tool and then ink them with Walnut Stain Distress Ink..
All the edges are then machine sewn..

There's a doily hidden under all those layers..

The pearls are there too..

I've covered the raindrops with Glossy Accents to make them pop-out a little bit..

The image is stamped with Archival Ink on 300g Langton Aquarel paper and then coloured with Distress Inks..

I bought a few re-inkers lately and I'm using those aswell..

The postmarks are from Magnolia and Kort & Godt..

Live & Love Crafts Challenge - Use PINK!

Here's my card for the October challenge at Live & Love Crafts..

As most of you probably are aware, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so that's why we have chosen to go with PINK as our theme for this month's challenge.

Sandy will also put together a THINK PINK Blog Candy in the course of this week, so please keep an eye out for that. .

I've used once again my GoKreate dies for the cards shape..

The papers are all from Maja Design..

Some from the Sofiero Limited Edition and some from the Vintage Summer Basics Collection..

The stamp is from Magnolia.. She's called Tilda Binding Flowers.. It's just one of the gorgeous stamps from the Special Moment Collection 2013..

The heart tag is a Magnolia die..

The corner is made out of FIMO air with one of my moulds..

Did you see that Bark Heart hidden between the flowers??

The So Wrapped Lovely die is a Doohickey too..

I loove this fantastic seam binding..

There are lots of pearls on the corners..

The flower stripe is from the Sofiero collection..

And this Reinette lace is my absolute favourite..

I've used a piece of corrugated cardboard and covered it with Picket Fence Crackle Paint..

There's some cheesecloth and a doily under all those layers..

All the paper edges are distressed with a TH tool and then inked with some Walnut Stain..

Of course I had to use my sewing machine again..

You can find all those gorgeous WOC flowers in Sandy's store..

The image is stamped with Jet Black Archival Ink on 300g Langton aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks and re-inkers..

I've used some Shabby White and Chunky White Frantage around the image and on the papers..

And I added some Stickles here and there on the image..

The postmarks are from Kort & Godt and Magnolia..

For A Baby

Hi everyone!

I'm here with my card for the LLC Inspiration Blog..

But this is also my DT card for the Deep Ocean Challenge Blog..

This fortnight's theme is For A Baby..

I do love making baby cards, don't you??

The LLC theme this week is 'The Great Whites'.. That's why I've decided to use all those gorgeous white embellies..

The card's shape was made using a GoKreate die..

The stamp is from Magnolia - Sleeping Baby Tingla..

I just had to use these gorgeous yellow papers from the Maja Design Vintage Spring Basics Collection..

The metal corner, shabby seam binding and pearl string are just some of my favourite embellishments.. They really do add that special touch to a project.. And the baby bottle charm is sooooo cute.. 

The bird cage is a Tim Holtz die..

I love paper flowers and Sandra has the most wonderful assortment in her store.. I've used WOC hip rosebuds, open roses, liles, cherry blossoms, wild roses, sweetheart blossoms, cosmos daisies and Kort & Godt Chrysanthemums.. They are all so gorgeous, don't you think? 

The wings are a Magnolia Doohickey die..

Of course how could I not put some cheese cloth and lace there.. And the doily..

 I really do like cards with LOTS of layers.. 

The feathers are a great detail too..

The swirls is a Doohickey and I covered it with some Crackle Paint and Stickles....

The stars are made with a MS mould and some FIMO air..

The Frantage is another thing I couldn't live without.. 

I use it a lot..

The pearls are from WOC..

I've used Spellbinders Ovals and Scalloped Ovals to frame the image..

The baby is stamped with Archival Ink on 300g Langton aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks and re-inkers..

All the paper edges are distressed and machine sewn..

Violet Tilda

Hi everyone, I'm here today with my DT card for the Marvelous Magnolia Challenge.. Our theme this week is Floral Frenzy (Lots of Flowers)..

But that's not all..

This is also my very first card as an official member of the
Live & Love Crafts DT..

Yayyyy!!!!

So here's what I've made..

I chose Violet Tilda from the Magnolia Sea Breeze Collection 2013..

Of course there are my beloved Maja Design papers.. They are sooo gorgeous..
The shape of the card was made using a GoKreate die..

Anyway.. I've used my Spellbinders Circles to cut out the image and then I added some Liquid Pearls all around..

There are two doilies on this card..

The big one is from my stash..

The smaller one was made with a Cheery Lynn die..
I've also used a MS punch..

There's the Tilda Tag and the Butterfly (covered with Frantage) die from Joy!Crafts..

Then there's the cheesecloth and the vintage seam binding..

I love this little charm too.. A perfect match for the lock and key..

I've used once again the Shabby White Frantage and I've applied some Crackle Paint here and there..

All the edges are distressed with the Tim Holtz Paper Distresser Tool and then Inked with Walnut Stain..

And of course all the edges are machine sewn..

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and Kort&Godt..

They are all covered with Picket Fence Crackle Paint..

The pearls are from WOC too..

And check out that pin.. So classy..

I just love all the resin pieces Sandy's got in her store.. I really love them all!! 

But I couldn't put them all on one card, right?  So I used only a few of those..

Aren't these just amazing??

And the lace?? My all time favourite..

I've coloured the image with Distress Inks and re-inkers..

Skin/Cheeks: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose

Hair: Antique Linen, Walnut Stain

Dress: Weathered Wood, Black Soot

Flowers: Victorian Velvet, Pumice Stone
 The flourish is from Stempelglede..

I haven't used the UTEE for a long time so I just had to make something with it..

I love the vintage effect of all those cracks but the image kindof looses the sharpness when you cover it with the UTEE.. Don't you think?

Tilda's Town Challenge #70 - Use a Magnolia Background stamp

Hi guys!

I'm ready to show you my latest creation for Tilda's Town..

This week we want you to Use a Magnolia Background Stamp on your project..

I've decided to step out of my comfort zone and try a colour that I use rarely..

Yellow..

I've decided to mask three stamps this time:

Tilda Princess Of The Valley from the Princes & Princesses Collection 2012,

the Fantasy Flower from the Fairy Tale Collection 2010 and

the Log from the Halloween & Autumn Collection 2008..

I think it's a lovely scene..

The DP's are from Maja Design.. The textured papers are from Papermania..

I've made the vintage seam binding myself.. I've used Scattered Straw and Wild Honey for the one of the left.. The tag is from Magnolia and it's called Scalloped Tag..

The white seam binding is tied around the So Wrapped Lovely Doohickey.. It can be pulled out..

There's some cheesecloth under the image..

The heart is from Live & Love Crafts..

I've decorated the tags with some Chunky White Frantage..

The flowers on this card are from Wild Orchid Crafts and I Am Roses..

The lace is from a local store..

The Photo Corners are a QuicKutz die that I love..

The pearls are from Wild Orchid Crafts..

All the paper edges are distressed and machine sewn..

The border is also a Magnolia Doohickey.. This is the Scalloped Dotted Lace die..

The image is stamped with Archival Ink on 300g Langton aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks..

Greenery: Peeled Paint, Forest Moss

The postmarks are from Magnolia and Kort & Godt..

I've used some Stickles on the flowers, crown and part of her dress..

The white Frantage is all around the image too..
