Midweek Magnolias - Week #51

Hello there!

It's time for a new challenge at Midweek Magnolias and this week we want to see Lots Of Layers..

I love layers and every time I make a card I try to add as many as possibble.. Papers, doilies, cheesecloth... The more the better..

Here's my card for this challenge:

I've used Beautiful Tilda from the Butterfly Dreams Collection 2011.. One of my all time favourites..

The DP's are from Magnolia and Papermania.. The textured papers are from Papermania..
The flowers are from Wild Ochid Crafts..
The rolled flowers are from Kort & Godt.. I've glued pearls in the centers..

The vintage seam binding is from Live & Love Crafts.. The tag is a Magnolia Doohickey called Bloomy Tag.. The pearls are from Rayher..
I've used my GoKreate Large Frames Frilly #10 for the card's shape..

I've used the Tim Holtz die Butterflight on the left.. The dots on the border are made with Liquid Pearls..
I've cut out the image with one of the regular Spellbinders circles and than added some cheesecloth and the pearl string around the whole thing..

The lace is from a local store.. The pearl spray is from Kort & Godt too..
There's also a doily under all those layers..
All the paper edges are distressed and machine sewn..

The image is stamped with Archival Ink on 300g Langton Extra Smooth (Hot Pressed) aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks..

The dots around the image are made with Opal White Liquid Pearls..

Tilda's Town Challenge #42 - Fussy and Fancy or Understated and Elegant

Time for a new challenge at Tilda's Town..

The theme this week is fussy and fancy or understated and elegant..

Of course my card is fussy and fancy.. Can't help myself.. :)

Clean and simple look really isn't my thing..

I tried but I'm never satisfied..

I've used once again my Sleeping Baby Tilda from the Magnolia Cozy Family Autumn Collection 2010..

This stamp is just perfect for baby cards and I never get tired of making them..

The papers are from Magnolia and Papermania..

I've used Spellbinders Ovals and Scalloped Ovals to cut out and border the image..

The Baby die is from Marianne Design and so are the baby pins..

The shape of the card was made with a GoKreate die..

I've used some pearl paper bought in a local craft store for the Spellbinders Floral Oval..

All the paper edges are distressed with Walnut Stain Distress Ink and sewn..

As you can see I've used some cheesecloth on this one too and there is a doily under all those layers..

All the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts..

The pearls are from WOC and Rayher..

The lace is from my stash..

The image is stamped with Archival Ink on Langton aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks..

I've used just a few colours for this one:

Sneezing Tilda

I'm soooo late with this post..

I haven't been feeling very well lately and that's why I haven't posted anything this week..

But I'm feeling much better today.. :)

I've decided to make one card for both DT's..

Marvelous Magnolia - Floral Bonanza & Midweek Magnolias - Kraft..

This is Sneezing Tilda from the With Love Collection 2013..

At Marvelous Magnolia we want you to use lots of flowers.. 

That's why I chose this Tilda with a flower in her hand, the Magnolia paper with flowers and all the gorgeous Wild Orchid Crafts flowers..

At Midweek Magnolias we want to see some kraft paper on your project..

I've used some kraft paper under the image and for the Tilda tag..

I bought the corner cut-outs on Ebay..

Hopefully one day I'll have this die.. I love it!!

The Carte Postale stamp is from Stempelgelde..

The lace is from a local store..

The vintage seam binding is from Live & Love Crafts..

The pearls are from Rayher and WOC..

I love my Old Swedish Lace Doohickey.. I use it constantly..

And I love my Spellbinders Floral Ovals..

The smaller ovals are made with regular Spellbinders Ovals..

All the paper edges are distressed with Walnut Stain Distress Ink and machine sewn..

They are also from Magnolia and they are just perfect..

I've added some Liquid Pearls around the image and Stickles on the flower..

I've only seen it now..

Can you see that thing that I forgot to colour??

OMG.. Yes.. It's the peduncle..

I have to colour it right away..

The photo isn't perfect.. I've taken it now with my phone..

The postmarks are from the With Love Collection..

I can't imagine to create without them.. I use Timber Brown StazOn Ink for them..

The image is stamped with Archival Ink on Langton aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks..

That's why I decided to use Tilda Carrying A Lamb and the Three Eggs from the Hoppy Easter Collection 2010..

The papers are from Maja Design.. The textured ones are from Papermania..
All the edges are distressed and sewn..
The Heart Swirl is a Magnolia die..

The pearls are from Rayher and WOC..

There's a lot of Crackle paint on that piece of cardboard..
