Strawberries anyone??

Hello there!
I'm finally here with a new creation..
I've had some health issues again and I've decided to use this box for both Live & Love Crafts and Tilda's Town..
I got the LLC theme completely wrong guys.. I'm truly blonde.. LOL!

Anyway.. Here's my Summer Strawberry Tilda from the Animals Of The Year Collection 2014..

I've used some Maja Design papers from the Vintage Autumn Basics 6x6 paper pad..

I don't use red a lot but I didn't like the idea of making pink strawberries.. It just didn't feel right..

So this colour combo is pretty unusual for me..

Check out those gorgeous Wild Orchid Crafts and Kort & Godt flowers..

And the lace?? Fabulous isn't it?

There's also a Melissa Frances doily under there and lots and lots of pearls everywhere..

I love adding the Shabby Seam Binding around my boxes.. And I also like to finish the whole thing with a Bark Heart and a flower on top..
All the paper edges are distressed with a Tim Holtz tool, then inked with some Walnut Stain and machine sewn..
The heart border on the lid was made using a Martha Stewart punch..

The image is coloured with Distress Inks..
I've used some Liquid Pearls around her..
The postmark stamp is from Magnolia too.. 

All the strawberries are made with Magnolia Doohickey dies..

One is called Strawberry and the other one Strawberry Tag..

Live & Love Crafts DT - Lilies

Hi everyone!

This is the last creation for this week's LLC theme Lilies..

Here's my wedding card..

And to show you as much LLC goodies as possible I made a book card..

I really love these but it takes so much time to make them..

The papers are from Reprint and Pion Design's A Day In May Collection..
All the paper edges are distressed and machine sewn..

I've used some WOC and Kort & Godt flowers..
There's some cheesecloth under those..

Here are the gorgeous pins Sandy stocks and the fantastic Lace "Reinette"..

I've also used two key charms.. One on the front and one on the inside..
I've used my Spellbinders Ovals to cut out the image and the Floral Ovals under that..

There's the Prima Marveille Frame inside and one of the Prima Heart Corners on the front..
They are completely covered with white acrylic paint and Gesso..

The card closes with some Shabby Seam Binding and I sprayed the beautiful Shabby Rose Organza Trim with some Tattered Rose Distress Ink to match the papers..

The image is stamped with Archival Ink on 300g Langton aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks..
I've added some Stickles on the flowers, butterflies and a part of her dress and some Liquid Pearls around the image..
The postmark stamp is from Kort & Godt..
